GoMobile Tires Return Policy – Tire Purchases

Eligibility:

1. Unused and Unmounted Tires: To be eligible for a return or exchange, tires must be in brand-new, unused, and unmounted condition. We cannot accept tires that have been mounted on wheels or used in any way.

2. Within the Return Period: You must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we cannot accept returns.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required for all returns. Please retain your purchase documents.

Return and Exchange Process:

2. Assessment: Our team will evaluate your request and provide instructions for returning the tires. We may request specific information, including your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the tires reach us safely.

4. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned tires, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If the tires do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges:
